Levitzky collages: Analog collages made with love for emotions and the inner world. Agata Lewicka is an artist specializing in the analysis and experience of feelings. Emotions and experiences are usually presented in the form of plants and parts of the human body. Although fragile and delicate, they need so little to function on their own. The main source of inspiration are her private experiences, which, narrated in the form of a collage, provide space for free interpretation. This subjectivity of the narrative is the greatest value for the author, as it allows for closeness, establishing connection with the viewer, and a non-verbal dialogue. It is also a chance to meet one's emotions, which can sometimes be uncomfortable. Levitzky sees the creative process as a form of meditation. Playing with pieces of old newspapers gives relief, and the created collages portray her inner world. Arranging fragments taken out of context into completely new configurations is not accidental, but is an intentional, emotionally provoked activity.
